By placing an order with Delovelicious Cakes & Co, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

Orders & Bookings

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
A 50 % non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and event date.
For orders placed with less than 7 days’ notice before the collection or delivery date, full payment is required at the time of booking. We don't offer a no-deposit option for these orders. Orders are confirmed once the deposit/payment has been received.
Final balances must be paid in full before collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Custom Designs

Every cake and grazing table is handcrafted and unique. We do our best to match the inspiration photos and your requested designs, but slight variations may occur.
Colours, flowers, decorations, and finishing details may vary slightly due to seasonal availability and the handmade nature of our products.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Our kitchen handles ingredients including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy.
While every care is taken, we cannot guarantee any product is completely allergen-free.
Customers must inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing an order.

Collection & Delivery

Customers are responsible for checking the order upon collection/delivery.
Once collected or delivered, Delovelicious Cakes & Co is not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect handling, transportation, or storage.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within a short notice period may still require full payment depending on preparation already completed.
Refunds will not be given for change of mind after the order has been completed.

Storage & Care

Cakes and desserts should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
Some decorations may be fragile and should be handled carefully.
Full care instructions will be provided where necessary.

Grazing Tables & Catering

Grazing tables should be consumed within the advised timeframe for food safety purposes.
Equipment, stands, or styling items provided by Delovelicious Cakes & Co remain our property and must be returned in good condition. Charges may apply for loss or damage.

Photography & Marketing

We may photograph our cakes, desserts, and catering setups for use on our website and social media platforms unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Liability

Delovelicious Cakes & Co will not be held liable for any indirect or unforeseen damages arising from the use or consumption of our products.
